Client had a fire in their unit. I have been hired post remediation to put things back together. Due to smoke and water damage most finishes (flooring cabinets etc) have been removed during remediation. Additionally large portions of drywall have been removed as well as some insulation. We plan to put everything back together in its original place. Client would also like to move off natural gas to all electric.
